Project Overview
To meet the growing demands of our product catalog, I developed a custom AI-powered copywriting workflow for our web publishing team at 1000Bulbs. This tool generates high-quality, brand-aligned product descriptions in a fraction of the time it previously took. By training the AI on our tone of voice, brand standards, and product structure, then wrapping it in a simple, user-friendly interface, we streamlined production while improving consistency, accuracy, and team efficiency.
The Challenge
As the catalog expanded by thousands of SKUs, the 'Cost-Per-Description' of manual writing became unsustainable. The bottleneck threatened to delay product launches and reduced SEO visibility for new inventory.
Enterprise AI Architecture
I created a structured AI copywriting workflow using a custom-trained model and simple form interface. Web publishers now input basic product info (e.g. name, brand, key features), and the system generates a clean, well-written product description that aligns with our tone and PDP structure.
